The Corp members have been warned to stop posting camp activities on social media.
Ahmed who said posting happenings in camp on social media is a violation of the scheme’s standing rules and policies, tasked the corps members to be focused and take advantage of the skills acquisition programme in camp.
He said the knowledge and skills acquired would make them self-reliant and better individuals after their service year.
The NYSC DG hinted that there are collaborations with stakeholders that will provide grants to corp members, urging them to take their various skills acquisition seriously.
Brig.- Gen Ahmed assured the corps members of their safety and security, adding that “the camp officials will never post any corp member anywhere that is not safe.
While urging corp members to be vigilant, the NYSC DG advised them to maintain the best hygiene while in camp in order not to be infected with any disease, especially cholera diseases.
The NYSC state coordinator in Osun, Mr Agbor Obim, thanked the D-G for his visit to the camp and the love he has for the corps members.
