Governors across Nigeria have been urged to remain focused on delivering tangible results that improve the lives of their people.
In a statement by the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu gave the charge during a two-day visit to Katsina State.
The President said taking accurate measure in leadership has a positive and visible impact, urging them to disregard armchair critics who merely seek to distract from the work at hand.
President Tinubu commissioned the Katsina Agricultural Mechanised Centre and a 24km road, which Governor Dikko Umar Radda completed within 18 months.
He commended Governor Radda for significantly impacting agriculture, healthcare, education, and infrastructure in less than two years, underscoring the need for the governors to pay more attention to agriculture.
