President Bola Tinubu has warned that Nigeria will not succumb to the pressures those trying to undermine the country’s security.
The President stated this during his official visit to troops at the frontline in Katsina State, assuring the armed forces of his administration’s support, which he said would be evident in prioritised welfare.
Encouraging the troops, President Tinubu said the government is taking bold steps to tool them with advanced equipment, superior intelligence, and robust logistical support not only to defend this nation but to dominate and defeat every adversary.
He described the armed forces as “silent guardians of democracy”, saying he is deeply humbled by their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to peace, security, and sovereignty of the nation.
President Tinubu applauded the sacrifices of the men and women of the force, saying their resilience in the face of danger inspires the entire nation.
