Kaduna State government has reiterated commitment to prioritize the efficiency of the education sector as it is the only investment that can eradicate poverty.
The state Governor, Senator Uba San, who made this known during the commissioning of sixty newly built classrooms at the fifth-chukker Basic Education School, Maraban Jos, Igabi Local Government Area, said his administration will continue to invest in the sector to give access to education to all children regardless of their background.

He said the state government's intervention in the education sector has since started yielding positive results as the state has witnessed an unprecedented improvement in the rate of school enrollment and retention in the last one year.
Earlier, the Managing Director, Access Bank, Mr Roosevelt Ogbonna said the initiative which started sixteen years ago is part of his organization's social responsibilities to impact on the lives of the people of their host communities.
