To showcase Kaduna State’s economic potential on the continental stage, the Deputy Governor has chaired a high-level meeting of the committee set up to coordinate the state’s participation at the 2025 Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025).
The IATF2025, is a massive investment event scheduled to take place from September 4 to 10 and is expected to attract over 35,000 visitors from more than 140 countries.
Hosted by the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) in collaboration with the African Union Commission, the fair will provide an unparalleled platform for trade promotion and investment networking across the continent.
The strategic preparation is to ensure that Kaduna is effectively showcased as a destination of choice for business, investment, and trade.
With its vast agricultural resources, youthful population, and favourable investment climate, Kaduna State team is to pitch the state’s compelling story to investors and trading partners, with the goal to leverage the event to attract foreign direct investment, create economic opportunities, and expand market access for local products, in line with Governor Uba Sani’s economic development agenda for the state.
