Moro'a Chiefdom gets new Chief

Moro'a New Chief

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has presented the staff of office to the new Chief of Moro'a, Mr. Ishaku Tagwai Sambo.

Mr. Isyaku, succeeded his father, Tagwai Sambo who died on fourteenth June last year, after reigning for fifty-eight years on the throne.

During his speech at the occasion, the Governor called on the new chief to emulate his predecessor, late Malam Tagwai Sambo, by promoting peace, unity and development of the chiefdom and beyond.


He assured that his administration will continue to work closely with traditional institutions to ensure sustainable peace and progress of the state.

In his acceptance speech, the fifth Chief of Moro'a Mr. Ishaku Tagwai Sambo expresses gratitude to the Governor and people of the chiefdom for the trust and confidence reposed on him, pledging to work tirelessly for the progress and well-being of his people.
