The Kudan Local Government Council has officially launched the Rapid Response Register (RRR) Money Transfer Program, a Federal Government initiative under the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) scheme aimed at providing financial support to vulnerable households.
Speaking during the event at the Almajirai School Hunkuyi, the council Chairman Iliya Dauda Abba, represented by his Vice, Usman Abbas Likoro reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to supporting government programs designed to alleviate poverty, empower citizens, and promote inclusive development across communities.
He urged beneficiaries to make judicious use of the funds to improve their livelihoods and contribute positively to the society.
The Council extended its appreciation to all stakeholders for their presence and cooperation, assuring the public of its continued dedication to partnering with relevant agencies to ensure the success, transparency, and accountability of the program in Kudan Local Government.
Also in attendance were the Director of Administration and Finance, Alhaji Yusuf Hamid, the Director of Social Development Sector, Alhaji Aminu Jafar, alongside other departmental Directors and Deputy Directors who came to witness the historic occasion.
